My poet did not know it was related to a celebrity

She only thought of food, of course,

because Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavour is my name’s source.

I’m am cute, they definitely got that one right.

I am missing a tail, I don’t know how or why, not quite.

I look like a bear if you look at me from the side.

I have a gentle nature, a crystal clear voice and nothing to hide.

My two baby pups are at the shelter too:

BUTTERS and UBE are also waiting in the queue

to get adopted, of course.

Either me or one of them, but I won’t force.

I’m in the calmest of camps.

My camp buddies and I are champs.

We don’t bark or bite or fight or intimidate.

If you didn’t know better, you’d think we often meditate.

My manner is kind and soft and gentle.
