Emma’s journey began as a stray, found wandering on a farm – unwanted and afraid. When she arrived at AWSS, she simply curled up in a ball and avoided all contact. It was clear that Emma has had a very tough life.

But with time, love, and patience, Emma has blossomed into a gentle, affectionate, and sociable soul!

At around 8 years old (we think – it’s hard to tell as she’s lost quite a few teeth), Emma is a medium-sized sweetheart (about 15kg) with captivating brown eyes and the most adorable head til.t Though unfamiliar with walks at first, she has discovered the joy of strolls through the vineyards alongside her buddy Bubbles!

Emma is the perfect example of how a shelter can give a dog a second chance at happiness!

Now, she’s ready for a forever home where she can continue to thrive! Emma adores people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and just wants a cosy spot to rest her head during her golden years
