This is Poppy, a Pitty mix with a maternal love for any and all she comes into contact with. Her soft brown eyes greet everybody with a warm welcome all while she does her signature uncontrollable “behind boogie”.

Poppy’s journey began as a mother here at AWSS, sadly her previous owners surrendered her and her puppies over to the Kennels team, Poppy was considered a second thought by her first family and it was immediately noticeable… she pined and yearned for human affection daily..

The silver lining in her AWSS Story revealed itself once she had received the Kennels special TLC treatment! Now with a new zest for life and a camp of friends Poppy is ready for a new journey entirely and awaits a loving family to see her boundless value as a canine companion!
